| Meaning
within the Maze: Reward for finding
ones way through half of the maze is found here. Archangels guard
its entrances. Now we can celebrate the letting go of our FEARS
and embrace HOPE as we partake in the eating of the
forbidden fruit of knowledge. Red
ribbons and black sharpies will be available for the audience to write
their hopes, fears, wishes, and/or passions on and tie to the tree
(much like the yellow ribbons that are symbolically tied to trees
in America during war times). Materials: The tree itself will either be naturally found on site or made of metal, broken glass, and other found objects. In addition, there could be a 1-1/2 x 3 ft opening for a hearth at the base of the Tree's trunk, so that participants can enjoy the warmth of a fire at night after successfully finding their way to the center of the Maze. |
